Welcome to One Voice Interpreters LLC ("One Voice," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our interpretation and translation services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

One Voice provides professional Spanish interpretation (consecutive and simultaneous, in-person and remote) and written translation services to agencies and individuals. We commit to providing accurate, complete, and impartial language services to the best of our ability, adhering to recognized professional standards of practice.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

​

The Client (referred to as "You" or "Your") agrees to:

​

  • Provide Necessary Materials: Furnish all necessary documents, background materials, glossaries, or specific terminology in advance of the service request to ensure accuracy.

​

  • Availability: Ensure that all necessary parties are available at the scheduled time for interpretation services.

​

  • Non-Solicitation: You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or hire our interpreters or translators as independent contractors or employees for a period of one (1) year after the last date of service provided by One Voice.

  • Recording: Obtain express written permission from all parties and One Voice prior to recording any interpretation session.

 

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

​

We treat all information shared during interpretation and translation assignments with the utmost confidentiality. All our personnel are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and professional ethics codes. We handle sensitive information (such as PHI or legal data) in compliance with relevant data protection laws, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Payment and Fees

 

  • Pricing: Services are provided at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking or detailed in a separate service agreement.

  • Minimum Charges: A minimum charge (e.g., one to two hours, depending on the service) applies to all assignments.

​

  • Invoicing and Payment Terms: Invoices are issued upon completion of services (or as per the specific contract terms) and are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

​

  • Late Fees: Any invoice not paid within the specified timeframe may be subject to a late fee or interest charge of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 1.5%] per month, or the maximum permitted by law.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Our entire liability to you under any contract shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arises.

 

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of communication networks.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
